Information used for orders and support
We use the information you provide when placing an order or contacting us, such as your name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order details and messages. We use it to process orders, arrange delivery, handle returns, communicate with you and maintain order and customer service records.
Orders are managed using WooCommerce. Customer service is handled by employees of LEVUEEE.
Payments, delivery and service providers
We accept Visa, Mastercard and JCB. Payment processing involves the information needed to authorize and complete your payment. Please do not send card details by email.
We use third-party logistics providers to deliver orders. Delivery information is shared as needed to arrange and fulfil a shipment. The provider can vary by shipment. Service providers receive information relevant to the service they provide.
Browsing analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare for website browsing analytics to understand visits and website performance. Store functions can also use cookies and session information to support shopping and account use.

How long records are kept
Our default is to retain order and customer service records during the operation of the store, until store closure. This is subject to applicable limits on keeping information longer than necessary, valid erasure requests and any mandatory legal retention requirements.
Closing the store does not mean every record is automatically erased immediately. The appropriate retention or deletion of records depends on those requirements and any continuing need to resolve an order or request.
Access, correction and erasure
You can request access to, correction of or erasure of your information by emailing [email protected]. Include enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before disclosing or changing information.
We consider requests under applicable requirements. Erasure is not automatic or instantaneous, and information may need to be retained where a legal requirement or another valid exception applies.
