Orders are not processed on weekends. Transit time starts after dispatch and is additional to processing time.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs $6.59 USD. Free shipping applies when both conditions are met: the merchandise subtotal is at least $35.99 USD, and the order contains at least 2 items. Single-item orders pay the $6.59 USD shipping fee. Ordering 2 items alone does not qualify unless the subtotal also reaches $35.99 USD.
Tracking, taxes and duties
We send the tracking number by email after dispatch. Delivery is handled by third-party logistics providers; the provider may vary by shipment.
Product prices include taxes and import duties. No additional tax or import duty payment is required from you.
Address changes and delivery problems
To request an address change, email us while the order is being processed. Address changes are not accepted after dispatch. Please check your shipping address carefully; we are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address you provide.
If a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears to be missing, email us with the order number and available tracking information. For damage, include photographs of the item and packaging so our team can help.
